    -Dproactive.communication.protocol=pamr -Dproactive.net.router.address=138.96.218.202 -Dproactive.net.router.port=33647
    as parameters, Resource Manager seems to be set with an incorrect address

    $ ./startRM.sh
    Starting Resource Manager, Please wait...
    (Once started, press 'e' to shutdown)
    Resource Manager successfully created on pamr://2:-1/

The problem was only related to a bad display of host adresses
